YOUR ELGT'S
It took just four years for Ford to introduce another GT to the Australian market. This GT came in the form of a 30th anniversary special. The styling of this car was quite dramatic and most noticeable of all features is the grille with its vertical slats style appearance. The car also continued the GT tradition of driving lights and the XW/YGT's bonnet scoop styling. Again a large rear wing finished off the package. Like the EBGT this GT was built as a short run special only and as such only 272 examples hit the roads.
